On the menu (€30 by reservation*) :
-3 home-made salads: coleslaw, lentils, bacon, red onions & pasta with pesto confit
- Reverse-cooked flank steak, scalloped potatoes & chimichurri sauce
- Roast cheese with buckwheat honey - a real treat!
The chef? Multi-titled winner of the French barbecue championship, a passion transformed into know-how.

Reservation required - €30. To confirm your booking, please pay the €30 for the meal at the bar (well in advance of the event). This will enable us to validate your participation and organise the event as efficiently as possible.
Reverse cooking? A slow and precise method: the meat is first cooked gently at a low temperature, then seared at the end for an ultra-tender, juicy and perfectly controlled result. A real delight for meat lovers!
